Same day dispatch on all orders received prior to 3pm EST (with the exception of sale periods and public holidays where this may take up to 48 hours). RETURNS - Claims can only be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. All claims must be pre-approved. Any returned stock not pre-approved will be returned to sender. Custom orders and sale items can not be returned.
