Same day dispatch on all orders received prior to 3pm EST (with the exception of sale periods and public holidays where this may take up to 48 hours). Estimated delivery time is determined by the carrier (Australia Post & e-Parcel Couriers) and we hold no responsibility for any delays caused after dispatch.
An exchange or credit note (online coupon) is available on all full priced items within 7 days of purchase only. You must retain your proof-of-purchase email and all items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging*
You must indicate your intention to exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the purchase in order for a return or exchange to be made. ICHU will determine weather this is granted.
Credit note online coupons are valid for 3 months. Please choose carefully as we do NOT offer refunds. Strictly NO exchange on sale/discounted purchases.
*PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange on earrings.

Goods remain the property of ICHU until full payment is received and cleared. Claims can only be made within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. Store orders can be placed online via the secure check out. Orders may also be placed by phoned or email (office hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST). Every effort will be made to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please note: ICHU actively update the websites stock levels to ensure they are inline with availability. Items in stock will be shipped immediately and any ‘out of stock’ items are placed on back order (with a delivery structure of 4 weeks*). Opening order minimums apply. Orders not placed online (and pre paid) will be issued via a pro-forma invoice. Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Once you are an existing stockist of ICHU there are no minimums.
ICHU accept payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), direct deposit, cheque and After Pay.
Claims can only be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. All claims must be pre-approved. Any returned stock not pre-approved will be returned to sender. Custom orders and sale items can not be returned.
Following a minimum of two pro-forma invoices, you ‘may’ be eligible to apply for an account subject to conditions and approval. To obtain an account with us, a credit application form may be required. Accounts MUST be paid by the due date outlined on the invoice and must be paid by EFT. Please Note: ICHU suggest that a credit card be placed on file for customer orders and convenience purposes. Late accounts may incur a 1.5% surcharge. Bounced cheques or balances that go unpaid will be turned over for collection and the customer is responsible for all collection costs.
All orders not fulfilled will be put on back order and delivery costs covered by ICHU. If you don’t wish to receive back orders, please inform us prior. Turnaround time for back orders is generally 4 weeks (and can be up to 6 weeks).
We have a 100% guarantee on all our merchandise in regards to quality, faulty or defective workmanship, and we are happy to replace or credit these goods for a maximum of 2 months from date of purchase. Naturally, jewellery that has been worn and damaged is not covered.
ICHU must be notified of any impending returns. Once notified, the piece/s must be sent back within 3 business days, in undamaged original condition, and in the coded bags in which they were received. Please refrain from writing the word ‘jewellery’ on any return satchels and please carefully bubble wrap and protect the item before sending.
PRICE & SIZE
Prices are subject to change without notice, and will be determined by the ever changing cost of silver and US conversion rates. Prices are in Australian Dollar ex GST & delivery. All sizes quoted are approximate and ‘may’ vary slightly as many of our items are hand-made.
