Ichu intends on offering you the simplicity of shopping online, making your shopping experience as easy, enjoyable and rewarding as possible. Access to and use of this website and the products and services available throughout are subject to the following terms and conditions.


RETAIL TERMS:


PAYMENT 
Ichu supports payments via PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express & AfterPay.

DELIVERY
Ichu is based in Sydney, Australia and ships worldwide. Same day dispatch on all orders received prior to 3pm EST (with the exception of sale periods and public holidays where this may take up to 48 hours). Estimated delivery time is determined by the carrier (Australia Post & various other Couriers) and we hold no responsibility for any delays caused after dispatch. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange or credit note (via online coupon) is available on all full priced items within 7 days of purchase only. You must retain your proof-of-purchase email and all items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. 

You must indicate your intention to exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the purchase in order for an exchange to be made. Ichu will determine whether this is granted or not.

Credit note online coupons are valid for 3 months. Please use carefully as we do NOT offer cash refunds and strictly NO exchange on sale or discounted lines.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange on earrings.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

We take your privacy and security very seriously, Ichu will only collect and store information about you that is necessary to assist us in responding to your enquiry, request, comment or purchase. Our privacy policy ensures your data will not be provided to any other organisation. You have the option to cancel this service at any time.

ONLINE SHOPPING SECURITY
Your credit card information passes through a secure firewall to the transaction server of our trusted banking partner the National Australia Bank. No personal information will be given to third parties without your consent.

WHOLESALE TERMS:

GOODS
Goods remain the property of Ichu until full payment is received and cleared. Claims can only be made within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. Our pieces are delicate and Ichu takes no responsibility for careless cleaning, wear or storage. Ichu jewellery should be treasured and handled with care.

ORDERING
Wholesale Store orders can be placed online via the secure check out. Every effort will be made to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Ichu actively updates the websites stock levels to ensure they are inline with availability. Items in stock will be shipped immediately and any ‘out of stock’ items are placed on back order (with a delivery structure of 4-6 weeks*). SALES
Please be mindful that we will promote sales for our retail customers and these discounts are NOT eligible for wholesale customers on top of their wholesale price. Any orders placed during a sale period will either be refunded or edited to the correct wholesale price.

NEW CUSTOMERS
Opening order minimums apply. Orders not placed online (and pre paid) will be issued via a pro-forma invoice. Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Once you are an existing stockist of Ichu there are no minimums.

PAYMENT
Ichu accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amercian Express), Paypal, direct deposit and AfterPay.

RETURNS
Claims can only be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. All claims must be pre-approved. Any returned stock not pre-approved will be returned to sender. Custom orders and sale items can not be returned.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Following a minimum of two online orders, you can apply for a wholesale account which are subject to conditions and approval. To obtain an account, an application form will need to be completed. All accounts MUST be paid prior to the orders being shipped. All wholesale discounts are volume based and are reviewed on an annual basis each July which will set the discounts for the next 12 month period unless otherwise agreed.

BACK ORDERS
All orders not fulfilled will be put on back order and delivery costs covered by Ichu. If you don’t wish to receive back orders, please inform us prior. Turnaround time for back orders is generally 4-6 weeks.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We have a 100% guarantee on all our merchandise in regards to quality, faulty or defective workmanship, and we are happy to replace or credit these goods for a maximum of 2 months from date of purchase. Naturally, jewellery that has been worn and damaged is not covered.
Ichu must be notified of any impending returns. Once notified, the piece/s must be sent back within 3 business days, in undamaged original condition, and in the coded bags in which they were received. Please refrain from writing the word ‘jewellery’ on any return satchels and please carefully bubble wrap and protect the item before sending.

PRICE & SIZE
Prices are subject to change without notice, and are usually determined by the changing cost of silver and $USD conversion rates. Prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, while delivery is charged separately. All sizes quoted are approximate and ‘may’ vary slightly as many of our items are hand-made.
