Same day dispatch on all orders received prior to 3pm EST (with the exception of sale periods and public holidays where this may take up to 48 hours). Estimated delivery time is determined by the carrier (Australia Post & Shippit Couriers) and we hold no responsibility for any delays caused after dispatch. 

RETURNS - Claims can only be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only. All claims must be pre-approved. Any returned stock not pre-approved will be returned to sender. Custom orders and sale items can not be returned.
